LOVE those grape jelly meatballs!

The Amy’s foods are always surprisingly delicious. The only problem I’ve found w/ them is sometimes the stats look awesome, but the serving will be 2 or 3, so it’s kind of deceiving.

Your lunch looks really good – I’m going to have to try it.

I’ve made that same sauce recipe for meatballs and it IS good! Today I saw in my Cooking Light magazine where they used a can of cranberry sauce instead of the grape jelly…so I may have to give that a try.

Hope your potluck day went well…and too bad about not losing this week – sometimes it doesn’t make any sense, does it?

I like some Amy’s products (some soups, for instance) but tend to really dislike the pre-made meals. The exception has been the Mexican stuff, which I like. (the Indian is WRETCHED)

So, this is one to try for me. Wish they’d go more low-sodium, though.
