Product Review & Give-a-way!
I was lucky enough to get a sample of some new snack foods you may have seen in the stores recently.
They are True North Brand Snacks and I had seen them in the store, but wasn’t sure what they were.
When I got the package and opened it up, of course my kids were right next to me and they were excited to open them up to try them right away. It was like Christmas for them…”what’s in the package?” they squealed!
There were three bags of their product. Almond cranberry crisps, pecan/almond/peanut nut clusters and citrus burst nut clusters. We of course had to try some immediately. Our verdict?? Fantastic, but also a little addicting too! I would have a couple of clusters, then walk away, then go back and have a few more. SO GOOD!
Some facts about these YUMMY snacks:
True North Snacks are 100% natural.

I actually made a great desert with them. I had ½ cup of fat free vanilla ice cream, then I chopped up ½ a serving of the nut cluster snack and drizzled the top with sugar free chocolate syrup. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
My only suggestion is to portion them out and not eat out of the bag, because you will keep eating them. They’ve made a nice addition to my kids’ lunches too!

I LOVE the pecan almond peanut clusters!
I haven’t tried this particular brand, but I got a similiar knock off for my car trip to NC – I opted for the pecan version. They were good, but I agree – addicting! Luckily I was driving, so all I had to do was put them far enough away that I couldn’t reach! hehe
I haven’t tried them yet, but I have always been kind of intrigued. Next time I see them, I will pick up a pack!
I have been avoiding buying them because I think I would like them a little tooo much!
