iChange
I think its so funny that after my GOAL setting post, a lot of things have come my way to help me continue on my journey and one of them is iChange!
What is iChange you ask? It’s a new website designed to help people in groups, be paired with a nutritionist, and participate in a 30 day challenge to reach your weight loss goals. AND it’s free for my readers. Yes, you read that right, its FREE for the first 30 days, everyone in my group gets a nutrition plan and set of guidelines with a weight loss goal of 2 pounds per week. Our nutritionist for Slim-Shoppin readers is Diana, and she will help us continue on our weight loss goals. Even if you don’t need to lose weight, but just want to eat healthier, come join too!
After the 30 days, should you decided to continue with the program, it’s $19.99 per month. HOWEVER, that is NOT necessary for the initial 30 days and there is NO pressure about continuing after the month is over. In fact, our group can still continue on without the nutritionist for free for as long as we want! You DO NOT need a credit card either to sign up, just pick out a user id and password, and that’s it!
