I love bringing stir fry’s to lunch because they are really filling, you can use a ton of veggies and let’s face it, you get a lot of food for the calories. This whole bowl is 410 calories, 5.5 fat and 13 fiber! That’s almost half the fiber most Americans need in one day. I just tried broccoli slaw for the first time yesterday. For 1 whole cup its only 35 calories and 2 grams of fiber. It’s really crunchy and it goes great with a stir fry. The best part of this is that you can customize it any way you want. If you don’t like chicken, maybe add grilled shrimp, or add whatever veggies you have on hand. The stir fry sauce I used is my favorite line of stir fry sauces. For 1 tablespoon it is only 45 calories! My favorite flavors are the Peanut Sauce that is in this dish, or a sauce called “Saigon Sizzle” or just the “Classic” stir fry sauce is pretty tasty. This would also be great if you are in a rush at dinner, it took less than 20 minutes to prepare! I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!
